Where we focus

How we help

Citizen-facing service design

Public services are frequently digitised screen by screen while the process behind them stays unchanged, so the queue moves online rather than disappearing. We design the service end to end, across channels and back-office steps, and build the version that actually reduces the work for both sides.

Systems integration across agencies

Information needed to deliver a service often sits in another agency, and the practical answer becomes a spreadsheet sent by email. We build the interfaces, agreements and controls that let systems exchange what they need to exchange, with a record of what moved and why.

Data platforms and reporting

Reporting to oversight bodies tends to be assembled by hand from sources that disagree. We build the platform, definitions and lineage that make a figure traceable to its source, which is what makes it defensible when it is questioned.

Revenue and administrative systems

Collection, licensing and permitting systems are often partly manual, which is slow for the applicant and hard to audit for the body running it. We build the workflow, records and reconciliation that make those processes both faster and easier to account for.

Capability transfer and continuity

Public bodies carry the consequences of systems they cannot maintain long after a supplier has left. We build documentation, runbooks and paired working into delivery, so the operating team can run and extend the system without a standing dependency on us.

What we aim for

Outcomes we focus on

  • Services that take less effort from the citizen and from the officer.
  • Figures that can be traced to their source when they are questioned.
  • Information exchanged between agencies through governed interfaces.
  • An internal team able to operate and extend the system after handover.

Technologies we work with

  • Hyperscaler managed services on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Low-code and workflow platforms including Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Cloud data platforms and reporting tools including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Integration and identity tooling including API gateways and standards-based authentication.

Who this is for

  • Permanent Secretaries, Directors-General and agency heads accountable for service performance and continuity.
  • Directors of ICT, digital transformation or e-government responsible for systems, integration and service modernisation.
  • Directors of Planning, Research and Statistics and Internal Audit leaders who need reporting that can be traced and defended.
