Nigerian and regional operator estates carry a demanding load: multiple radio generations to run, tightening competition on price and customer experience, and a widening set of adjacent products the business is expected to launch. Our telecommunications practice sits where the engineering and operational work of that estate lives: from network performance and assurance through to the systems that run customers and services around it.

Network performance and assurance
NOC teams can see something is degrading but cannot say why, which subscribers it is hitting, or how to prioritise the fix. Assurance data sits in separate probes and log stores, and correlating it with the service the customer actually experiences is slow, manual work, so incidents close on the network side while complaints keep arriving from the customer side.
We help operators design and integrate performance and assurance capabilities that pull probe data, element-manager exports and transport metrics into a service-oriented view the NOC can act on, with data pipelines, dashboards and incident workflows sized for the operation. The aim is fewer incidents that reach the customer and shorter time-to-resolution for the ones that do. Buyers: CTO, Head of Network Operations, Head of Service Assurance. For Nigerian operators, the design must accept a mixed estate of legacy, virtualised and cloud-hosted elements, and telemetry shaped by real-world connectivity and power conditions.
Subscriber experience and analytics
Commercial and technical sides of the business look at different truths. Marketing runs churn models on billing exports; engineering runs a probe view of quality; neither dataset joins to the other, and neither answers the question a Chief Marketing Officer actually asks: which subscribers had a bad week, why, and what should we do about it.
We design and integrate subscriber-experience analytics that join network signals to customer identity, tariff and support data, and expose that joined view to the teams accountable for churn, upsell and ARPU decisions. The aim is earlier, more specific intervention on the customers most at risk of leaving, and better product decisions on the ones the business keeps. Buyers: CMO, Head of Customer Experience, CTO. For Nigerian operators with a prepaid majority and short usage cycles, the joining layer has to be close to real-time to be actionable at all.
Telecommunications cybersecurity and DDoS resilience
Operators sit on both sides of the security equation: defending their own network against volumetric attacks and abuse, and offering network-based security to subscribers as a product. Neither side is easy. DDoS pressure is a daily reality; subscriber-security propositions need careful design so what is launched behaves as a service, not a slogan.
We provide posture assessment, DDoS risk-management planning, and design and integration support for network-based DDoS mitigation architectures and for subscriber-security propositions an operator could offer as products. Where a capability would require confirmed security credentials to make an assurance-grade claim, we leave it off this page until those credentials are in place. Buyers: CISO, CTO, Head of Products. For Nigerian operators, attack patterns increasingly include reflection and amplification traffic that saturates upstream capacity; planning has to reflect that reality, not headline attack sizes from other markets.
Broadband, FWA and connected home
A fixed-broadband service reaches the customer through equipment the operator ships, installs and remotely manages: CPE gateways, Wi-Fi devices, sometimes set-top boxes. The unit economics work only when that estate is coherent to run: firmware controlled from one place, diagnostics come back automatically, and Wi-Fi in the actual home performs reasonably rather than merely completing an install.
We provide broadband service enablement, CPE lifecycle and remote-management design, Wi-Fi performance optimisation, and integration of remote diagnostics into first-line and second-line support workflows. The aim is fewer truck rolls, faster resolution on the ones that happen, and a broadband service the customer keeps paying for. Buyers: Head of Fixed/Broadband, CTIO, Head of Customer Care. In Nigeria, fixed broadband is often FWA rather than fibre, running into homes where power availability is a factor; CPE design and support have to account for that from the outset.
OSS/BSS, data and AI
Operator OSS/BSS estates are typically the tallest technical debt on the balance sheet. The billing platform is old, the CRM has been extended past its comfort zone, the order journey crosses multiple systems that were never designed to work together, and every new product proposition needs a change in five places.
We provide systems integration across OSS and BSS domains, data platforms for telecoms (usage, network, customer and product data reconciled into shapes downstream teams can use), automation and AI for network operations, and cloud transformation for operator IT. The aim is shorter change-cycle time on new products, cleaner data for analytics and AI, and an OSS/BSS estate that gets simpler over time rather than harder. Buyers: CIO, CTIO, Head of IT. The underlying problems and technology components in this area are largely shared across markets; no Nigeria-specific twist is forced here.
Local delivery and managed services
An operator with a fresh vendor deal or a live technology programme still needs the people who stand it up, integrate it, train the operation and keep it running afterwards. The gap between what a vendor delivers and what the operation actually runs is where the value in a technology investment leaks away.
We provide in-country implementation, integration, training, adoption and managed support for an operator's technology investments across the network, OSS/BSS and adjacent estates. The aim is that those investments actually get used, with a managed-support arrangement the operator can rely on afterwards. Buyers: CTO, CIO, programme directors. In Nigeria, local delivery matters when decisions happen inside the same working day.
